To Have or Have NOT?

unnamed               I recently have been discussing Renters insurance and that most Renters do not think they need renters insurance, but unfortunately the recent fires have exposed many of the problems for Renters! No Matter where you are renting, a renters policy is very inexpensive and you won’t have to rely on the kindness of the Red Cross, even though they are an excellent organization that helps many in need, and all it takes is a simple, inexpensive, renters policy. Not only will your belongings be replaced, not only if you get sued for someone falling in your yard, but if a FIRE destroys your place of residence, you will have the ability to choose how and where to live because of the “Loss of Use” portion of the policy. I may sound like a broken record, but these fires just prove my point and I have included another link to a quick video to a family with little children that rented a nice house that wound up lost in the fire, and the family had no renters insurance, and are asking for the kindness of strangers through Craig’s list which breaks my heart for these little ones to have to go through this when it didn’t have to end this way. I want to encourage all renters that when they are choosing where to live to automatically include renters insurance in their budget so that you do not have to face what this family is facing. Click on the link below to see a real life situation that could have ended totally different.
